I'm a mechanical engineer with 30+ years experience in global industry in senior management and board level positions. I have also worked with multinational consulting companies and global plant builders, having lived in many countries and led teams in various cultures. 

Since setting up A Richards Consulting (ARC) in 2019 with a group of equally dedicated and passionate engineers from a similar background, we have grown year on year, continued to develop our consulting skills and grow our client portfolio to include many major global aluminium & steel producers.
